Return Policy:

Regular priced merchandise can be returned to original form of payment up to 7 days of purchase. After 7 days up to 14 days of purchase - Exchange or Store Credit Only. After 14 days - Final Sale.

* All Sale/Clearance merchandise is final sale.
* Merchandise must have tags attached.
* Worn merchandise without tags will not be accepted.
* Special order items must be paid in full on the day of the order.
* Special order items cannot be returned and are not eligible for any discounts.

Online Return Policy: 

To make a return, please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation inside your return package. Items must be returned neatly packaged & folded, unworn/unwashed, and in re-sellable condition to receive a refund. 

If Redo returns coverage is purchased at checkout then return shipping will be covered. Otherwise, customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Canceling or changing orders:

Please call us as soon as possible and we will adjust your order as needed.

 Shipping:

You will be notified within 1-3 business days once your order is ready for pickup. 

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order.

Once items have left our store, we cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or delays that may occur during transit. We take great care in packaging and preparing your order for shipment; however, once the package is in the possession of the shipping carrier, it is beyond our control.
