Store Policy

Holiday Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If it isn't what you were expecting or you changed your mind, please send FULL PRICE items back by January 9, 2022 for in store credit. Shipping charges are nonrefundable and return shipping charges are your responsibility.

To make a return, please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation inside your return package. Items must be returned neatly packaged & folded, unworn/unwashed, and in re-sellable condition to receive a refund. Please send returned items to:

Canceling or changing orders:

Please call us as soon as possible and we will adjust your order as needed.


 How much does shipping cost?

  • $6 flat rate shipping for all orders 
  • Please contact us if you need rush or overnight shipping.
  • We do not currently offer international shipping.

Can I pick my online order up at your physical store?

  • If you live near our store and would like to pickup your order, select in store pickup at checkout. We will have your order ready for pickup within 24 hours.

When will my order be delivered? 

  • Each online order will receive a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours to process your order.
  • Due to COVID19 the timeframe in which you receive your order maybe slightly delayed and may vary. Packages should arrive within 7-14 business days with no guarantee.  

What should I expect if I selected local delivery? 

  • Local deliveries (within 10 miles of the stores) will receive free shipping. We will no longer be hand delivering any local deliveries. They will all go through USPS.
